With this part of the blog we want to say Merci to all the great people we met during our Journey through France. You made our time in your beautiful country to some of the best days in our lives. We will always remember the legendary Party at Lea‘s House in Brest. At that evening we also met Maitre Saint Stephan and his wife’s, (and we are not joking he has really two wife’s) who where some of the friendliest people we ever met! A great experience was also the short sailingtrip with Stephan and his sons, exspecialy the knot lessons with the great sailor Lowen. We can‘t wait to go sailing with you again!
Also we will never forget our trips to and on the Archipel des Glenans. Katell and Marine gave us a great welcome and after only two days it was like we‘ve been on these beautiful islands for years! Yermat! One Highlight of our trip was the crazy party at the beach in the heavy rain and your amazing singing in french! We was also very impressed of your great english, that made the communication so easy and nice! Because of you it was a hard decision to leave France and go ahead to new adventures in Spain! Furthermore we have to thank Alarno who saved our Dinghi from floating away!
To all those wonderful people mentioned and of course also to those we forgot to mention before but that also gave us a amazing time in France we say a big Merci! Everyone of you has new friends now on board of the Running Deer and also in Germany! If anyone of you wants to join our journey for a few days or is planing a trip to Germany just let us know and we will do our best to be such great hosts as you was for us! And of course we will call you, when we visit France again, which hopefully will be soon. With a lot of pleasure in our hearts we are looking forward to meet all of you again no matter at which time or place!
